  2. Thanks for the list, I think you forgot to include Staff.com but that’s okay. Anyway, that site is similar to Odesk, Elance etc. but the major difference is it only hires full time employees and they have their recruitment team who can help you choose the right person to hire. I actually had a nice experience when I got my first web developer from them, he was so skilled and great to work with.
